jillino Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the jillino platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the jillino Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules applicable to individual Services.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and jillino. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jillino platform and, if applicable, request closure of your Account.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all access and use of the jillino platform, regardless of the device used — including mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers — and regardless of the network or connection through which the platform is accessed.

To be eligible to register and use the jillino platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online casino gambling is lawful;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• Not be a person who has self-excluded from jillino or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform;
• Not be acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility requirements.

jillino reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by jillino may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawals pending verification.

jillino takes underage gambling seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that an Account is held by or on behalf of a minor, the Account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions will be cancelled, and the matter may be referred to the relevant Philippine authorities.

Each individual may hold one jillino Account only. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• Your active Philippine mobile number;
• A valid email address accessible to you;
• Your date of birth confirming you are 21 or older;
• A secure account password meeting jillino's minimum security standards.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered information. jillino must be notified promptly if any registered information changes. jillino shall not be liable for any losses arising from outdated or incorrect account information provided by the Player.

jillino reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jillino Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your Account.

You agree not to share your Account credentials with any third party, permit any third party to access your Account, or use another person's Account. Each jillino Account is personal and non-transferable.

You must notify jillino immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. jillino shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has been negligent in the protection of their credentials.

jillino implements industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption, optional two-factor authentication, and anomalous login detection. However, no security system is impenetrable, and jillino does not warrant that the platform is entirely free from security vulnerabilities beyond our reasonable control.

jillino accepts deposits made through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability at any given time.

All deposits are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your name. Third-party deposits — deposits made from an account not belonging to the registered jillino Account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension.

The minimum deposit amount at jillino is ₱100, unless otherwise specified in connection with a particular promotion. There is no fee charged by jillino for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees, which are your responsibility.

Deposits are generally credited to your jillino Wallet instantly for GCash and Maya, or within the processing time applicable to the selected payment method. jillino is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

Withdrawals from your jillino Account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed jillino's KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process, including submission of a valid government-issued photo ID confirming you are 21 or older;
• The withdrawal method must correspond to a payment account registered in your full legal name, matching your jillino Account registration;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200, unless otherwise specified;
• Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be met before the corresponding bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn;
• You must not have any outstanding account verification requests pending resolution.

jillino aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or for enhanced security reviews.

jillino reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may require the Player to submit further documentation. Such checks are conducted in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations and are not indicative of any wrongdoing on the part of the Player.

jillino offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, free spins, and referral bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• One bonus per Player: Each promotion is limited to one per eligible Player, household, device, IP address, or payment method, as applicable.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Specific wagering multiples are stated per promotion.
• Game contribution rates: Different game types contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games, and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates, as specified per promotion.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a wagering requirement is active, the maximum bet per round or per stake placement is ₱500 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

jillino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Material changes to active promotions will be communicated to affected Players.

All games available on the jillino platform — including slot games, live casino tables, bingo rooms, RNG table games, and fishing games — operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer outcomes, as applicable to the game type. Each game's specific rules, minimum and maximum bet limits, and published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed within the respective game interface.

jillino uses game content provided by third-party certified game suppliers. The integrity of each game's RNG is independently audited. Published RTP figures reflect long-run theoretical return rates and do not guarantee results for any individual gaming session.

In the event of a technical fault, connection interruption, or game error that affects the outcome of a round, jillino reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's Wallet. In cases where the correct resolution is unclear, jillino's decision shall be final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jillino platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent banning, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using or attempting to use the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Depositing funds from, or withdrawing funds to, payment accounts not registered in your name;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or any other technical fault for financial gain;
• Colluding with other Players in live casino, sports betting, or any other game type;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using jillino for the movement of illicit funds;
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions through your bank or payment provider (chargebacks) without first contacting jillino;
• Systematically exploiting bonus promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming;
• Sharing Account access with any third party or allowing another person to operate your Account on your behalf.

jillino provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your jillino Wallet. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss amount per day, week, or month. When reached, further gameplay is suspended for the remainder of the limit period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders that notify you after a specified period of continuous play, prompting you to take a break.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications showing how long you have been playing and your net position for the session.
• Cool-down Period: Take a break from gaming for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, your Account remains accessible for withdrawal purposes only.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the jillino platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon request to our support team, and the exclusion cannot be reversed for the minimum period stated at the time of the request.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Evidence of underage gambling or other eligibility violations;
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion or Account closure;
• Regulatory requirements that prohibit the Player from accessing the Services.

Upon Account termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), jillino may, in its sole discretion, void all Bonus Funds, outstanding bonuses, and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Real money deposits not associated with fraudulent activity will generally be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to any applicable regulatory holds.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting jillino's support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Cash Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after all applicable checks are completed.

All content on the jillino platform — including but not limited to software, user interface design, game graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, and database compilations — is the property of jillino or its licensed content suppliers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jillino platform for personal, recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract any source code from the platform;
• Use any jillino brand name, logo, or trademark in connection with any third-party product or service without prior written consent;
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or otherwise collect platform data in a systematic or automated manner.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jillino's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their jillino Account in the ninety (90) days preceding the claim.

jillino shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform;
• Platform downtime, interruptions, or errors attributable to third-party service providers, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events beyond jillino's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player has been negligent in protecting their credentials;
• Decisions made by Players based on information displayed on the platform that is subsequently found to contain a technical error.

Nothing in these Terms limits jillino's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

jillino collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with the jillino Privacy Policy, which is published at jillino.org/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a jillino Account and accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

jillino processes personal data for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, payment processing, responsible gaming compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and regulatory reporting. Data is processed in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and other applicable Philippine data protection legislation.

You have the right to access, correct, and under certain circumstances request deletion of your personal data held by jillino, subject to our legal obligations to retain data under applicable regulations. Requests may be directed to our support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, interpretation, or the consequences of their nullity — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.

jillino operates within the framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). PAGCOR's regulatory authority over online gaming in the Philippines is acknowledged and respected in all aspects of jillino's operations.

jillino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments that significantly affect Player rights or obligations will be communicated via notice on the jillino platform and, where practicable, via the email address registered to affected Accounts.

Updated Terms will take effect on the date stated in the amendment notice, or — where no effective date is specified — immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the jillino platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept a material change to these Terms, you must notify jillino and cease use of the platform. In such cases, jillino will facilitate the return of any Cash Balance to your verified payment method following completion of standard checks.
