Our Privacy Commitments
These six commitments summarise how jillino approaches data privacy. The full Policy below provides the complete legal detail behind each one.
jillino collects only the personal data strictly necessary for account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. We do not gather data for its own sake.
jillino processes all personal data in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, and the implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
All data in transit between your device and jillino's servers is protected by TLS 1.3 encryption — the same standard used by Philippine banks and financial institutions. Data at rest is stored using AES-256 encryption.
jillino does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes. Your data is used to operate your account and for no other commercial purpose without your consent.
jillino will process every data subject request — access, correction, deletion, portability, objection — within the timeframes required by Philippine law. Contact our support team to exercise any of your rights.
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, jillino will notify affected Players and the National Privacy Commission within the timeframes required by RA 10173.
Section 1
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how jillino ("jillino", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects the personal information of individuals ("you", "Player", "data subject") who visit the jillino website at jillino.org, register a jillino account, or use any of the Services provided through the platform.
This Policy is issued pursuant to and in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. jillino is committed to processing personal data in a manner that is consistent with the principles of transparency, legitimate purpose, and proportionality as established by the DPA.
This Policy applies to all personal data processed by jillino in connection with the jillino platform, regardless of how that data was collected — whether directly from you, automatically through your use of the platform, or from third-party sources. It applies to Players located in all parts of the Philippines, including Metro Manila, Metro Cebu, Davao, and beyond.
By registering a jillino Account or continuing to use the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. This Policy should be read together with jillino's Terms & Conditions, which are available at jillino.org/terms-conditions.
Section 2
For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and this Policy, jillino acts as the personal information controller in respect of all personal data processed through the jillino platform. As personal information controller, jillino determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is responsible for ensuring that such processing is conducted lawfully, fairly, and in a manner consistent with your rights as a data subject.
jillino has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who is responsible for overseeing compliance with this Policy and applicable data protection law. You may contact the jillino DPO for any data protection-related enquiry through the contact details provided in Section 15 of this Policy.
jillino operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework applicable to online gaming in the Philippines, which imposes additional data processing and record-keeping obligations that intersect with, and supplement, the requirements of the Data Privacy Act.

jillino collects the following categories of personal data, subject to the principle of proportionality — we collect only what is necessary for the specific purpose described:

jillino does not collect sensitive personal information as defined under Section 3(l) of the Data Privacy Act (e.g., race, religion, health, sexual life) except where strictly required by law (e.g., certain responsible gaming assessments). Where such data must be collected, explicit consent will be obtained separately.
Section 4
jillino collects personal data through the following means:
4.1 Directly from You
When you register a jillino Account, complete the KYC identity verification process, make a deposit or withdrawal, contact customer support, participate in promotions, or update your account settings, you provide personal data directly to jillino.
4.2 Automatically Through Platform Use
When you use the jillino platform — whether on a desktop browser or mobile device — technical data including your IP address, device identifiers, browser information, and session activity is automatically collected through our platform infrastructure, analytics systems, and server logs. This data collection is inherent to the operation of any web-based service.
4.3 Through Cookies and Similar Technologies
jillino uses cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies as described in Section 8 of this Policy. These technologies collect data about your browsing behaviour and preferences on the jillino platform.
4.4 From Third-Party Sources
jillino may receive personal data about you from third parties in limited circumstances, including: identity verification service providers used during KYC processing; payment processors (GCash, Maya, banks) confirming the status of transactions; and fraud prevention databases that help us identify and block fraudulent account activity.
jillino does not purchase personal data lists from marketing data brokers or any third party for the purpose of soliciting individuals who have not voluntarily registered with the jillino platform.
Section 5
jillino processes your personal data only where a lawful basis exists. The legal bases on which jillino relies, as recognised under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules, are:
Where jillino relies on consent as the legal basis for processing, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Section 6
jillino uses the personal data we collect for the following specific, legitimate purposes:
jillino will not use your personal data for purposes that are incompatible with those stated in this Policy without providing you with separate, prior notice and, where required, obtaining your consent.
Section 7
jillino shares personal data with third parties only in the limited circumstances described below. jillino does not sell your personal data to any third party.
7.1 Service Providers (Personal Information Processors)
jillino engages third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf and under our instructions, as personal information processors under the DPA. These include identity verification providers, cloud hosting infrastructure providers, payment gateway operators (GCash, Maya, banks), customer support software providers, and analytics platforms. All processors are subject to written agreements requiring them to process personal data only as instructed by jillino and in compliance with applicable data protection law.
7.2 Game Content Providers
jillino integrates third-party certified game providers into the platform. These providers may receive limited technical data (e.g., session tokens, bet data) necessary for the delivery of game content. They are contractually prohibited from using such data for any purpose other than game operation.
7.3 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities
jillino is required by Philippine law to share certain personal data with regulatory bodies including PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and other competent Philippine authorities. jillino will also disclose personal data in response to lawful court orders, subpoenas, or other legally binding demands from Philippine law enforcement agencies.
7.4 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of jillino's assets, personal data held by jillino may be transferred to the relevant successor entity. Affected Players will be notified of any such transfer and of any changes to this Privacy Policy that may result from it.
jillino will never share your personal data with third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies for their own commercial use. Any sharing not described in this Section requires your separate, explicit consent.
Section 8
jillino uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform effectively and to improve your experience. The following types of cookies are used on the jillino platform:
Most web browsers allow you to control cookie settings through the browser's privacy or preferences menu. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in and using the jillino platform. Blocking functional and analytics cookies will not prevent platform access but may limit some personalisation features.
jillino does not use third-party advertising or retargeting cookies that track your activity across other websites for the purpose of serving you ads on those sites.
Section 9
jillino retains personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The general retention periods applicable to each category of personal data are as follows:
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted, anonymised, or archived in a manner that prevents identification of the data subject, in accordance with jillino's data disposal procedures.

jillino implements appropriate organisational and technical security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, and disclosure. Our security framework includes, but is not limited to:
Despite these measures, no security system is entirely infallible. In the event that a personal data breach occurs that is likely to give rise to a real risk of serious harm to affected data subjects, jillino will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected Players in accordance with the timelines and requirements established under the Data Privacy Act and NPC Circular No. 16-03.
Section 11
As a data subject under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by jillino. To exercise any of these rights, please contact jillino through the channels described in Section 15.
The right to be informed about how your data is collected and used — fulfilled by this Privacy Policy.
The right to request a copy of the personal data jillino holds about you and information about how it is processed.
The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data held about you.
The right to request deletion of your personal data, subject to jillino's legal obligations to retain certain data.
The right to object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes.
The right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used format for transfer to another controller.
The right to suspend processing of your data where accuracy is disputed or the processing is unlawful.
The right to claim compensation for damages sustained due to inaccurate, incomplete, or unlawful processing of your data.
jillino will respond to all data subject requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days, with prior notice to you.
Some rights are subject to conditions and exceptions under the Data Privacy Act — for example, the right to erasure does not override jillino's legal obligation to retain transaction records for AML compliance. Where a right cannot be fully exercised due to a legal obligation, jillino will explain the applicable limitation clearly in our response to your request.
Section 12
jillino is strictly for persons aged 21 and over. The platform does not knowingly collect, process, or store personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If jillino becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, that data will be permanently deleted, the associated Account will be immediately suspended, and appropriate regulatory notifications will be made. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered on the jillino platform, please contact us immediately through the channels in Section 15.
Age verification at jillino requires submission of a government-issued photo identification document confirming the Account holder is at least 21 years of age. This verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed and is a core component of jillino's responsible gaming obligations under PAGCOR regulations.
Section 13
jillino's primary data processing infrastructure is located in data centres within or serving the Asia-Pacific region. In certain circumstances, personal data processed by jillino may be transferred to, or accessed from, locations outside the Philippines — for example, when using cloud infrastructure services or engaging with international game content providers.
Pursuant to Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act and NPC Circular No. 16-01, jillino ensures that any transfer of personal data outside the Philippines is protected by appropriate safeguards, including:
Where international data transfers are necessary, jillino selects third-party processors and infrastructure providers that can demonstrate compliance with internationally recognised data protection standards. No personal data is transferred internationally without contractual safeguards being in place.
Section 14
jillino reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or the features and services offered on the jillino platform.
Material changes to this Policy — those that significantly affect your rights or the manner in which jillino processes your personal data — will be communicated to you by notice on the jillino platform and, where practicable, by notification to your registered email address or mobile number, at least fourteen (14) days before the change takes effect.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent material revision was made. Minor changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Policy) may be made without prior notice.
Your continued use of the jillino platform after the effective date of any amended Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of, and consent to, the updated terms. If you do not agree with any material change, you should contact jillino to discuss your options, which may include Account closure with return of your Cash Balance.

For any questions, concerns, or requests relating to this Privacy Policy, or to exercise any of your data subject rights, please contact jillino's Data Protection Officer through the following channels:
jillino will acknowledge receipt of your request within three (3) business days and will provide a substantive response within thirty (30) days, unless the complexity of the request requires an extended period (maximum sixty (60) days with notice).
If you are not satisfied with jillino's response to a data privacy request or complaint, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. The NPC is the independent body responsible for administering and enforcing the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Information on how to file a complaint with the NPC is available on the NPC's official website and its published guidelines.
jillino takes all data privacy complaints seriously and will cooperate fully with any NPC investigation. We are committed to resolving data privacy concerns at the first instance through our internal process, but fully respect every data subject's right to escalate to the NPC where our response is unsatisfactory.
